Home made beef madras with steamed rice.
It’s so tasty and brings a tear (or few) to the eye with spiciness.

why seperate?
just mix it all in together and scoff it down as quick as you can

I tend to do that later on but you get very different tastes taking some sauce then rice.

Any food I eat with rice has to be separated like that, I just like it better that way, I prefer the texture of a clump of rice along with some of the saucy meaty goodness as opposed to rice mixed throughout.

Just madras curry paste but it's the spices you add to it that give it that extra kick and flavour.

As a Filipino, I approve. What rice is that?

Just steamed white rice.
But it works well with all foods.
